Step 2. Planning & Design

This is where your dream outdoor living space gets brought to life through permit-required drawings. Your materials will also be selected in this step.

Step 3. Estimate

An estimated cost for your overall project will be sent to you based on materials and the design.

Step 4. Prep the Project

This is where the permitting and planning come into play. Permitting is through the county or city you are building in. This step varies in time based on those factors. 

Step 5. Building

It’s finally time to construct your dream! This step also varies in time based on what project you have chosen. Our crews work diligently to make your project come to life. 

Step 6. Enjoy!

It’s time to enjoy the space we have created for you! Whether it be a deck or porch perfect for hosting, or a garage that adds value to your home, we want to ensure that it fits your plans.
