Quality Techniques
We use joist tape on every deck. It costs about $200 more per project, but we have never had a joist failure on any deck we have built since 2016. We use double flashing at every wall connection.
We use screw-only fastening. No nails. And we use picture frame trim boards for a clean finished edge. A lot of builders skip all of that.

We stand behind our work with a 1 year workmanship warranty. Materials carry manufacturer warranties that we pass through to you.

What Makes Building in Alexander Different
Alexander is a small, rural unincorporated community in western Buncombe County near Candler and Leicester. Properties are larger with wooded terrain and mountain views. Most Alexander lots have some slope, which means footings, load calculations, and drainage all require careful planning.
Buncombe County enforces the North Carolina Residential Code. Any deck over 30 inches above grade or attached to the house needs a permit. We have pulled over 300 permits in Buncombe County since 2013.
We handle the full process, and we know what the inspectors look for.
