Three-season porch with EZE Breeze windows.
These are vinyl panel windows that slide up and down like a regular window but seal tighter than screens. In spring and fall when the temperature drops into the 40s at night, you close the panels and the porch stays comfortable. In summer you open them up for full airflow. This extends your usable season by a couple months on each end.
Screened porch over existing deck.
If you already have a deck with solid framing, we can often add a roof structure and screen walls on top of what's already there. This saves on foundation and framing costs since the base is already built. We inspect the existing structure first to make sure it can handle the added load.
